Stephanie Owens, Ph.D.
With over 25 years of experience as an educational psychologist and teacher, Stephanie Owens has dedicated her career to transforming education across K-12 schools, colleges, and universities. As a consultant for more than a decade, she has worked at the national level, throughout the Southwest region, and in New Mexico, partnering with Native American Nations, Pueblos, and Tribes to promote self-determination in education and support sovereignty through meaningful collaboration.
Stephanie brings a deep understanding of cultural contexts, innovative educational practices, and a passion for empowering communities. When she’s not working, she enjoys life in the mountains of Questa, NM, with her two adventurous sons and two loyal dogs.
